Return Policy

Effective as of January 1, 2025

Blind Buy Me sells fragrance decants and samples. Due to the personal nature of these products and the sanitary concerns involved, all sales are final. By placing an order on this site, you agree to the terms of this Return Policy.

All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on any orders once they have been placed.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

  • dissatisfaction with a fragrance

  • blind buy decisions

  • differences in scent perception

  • performance, projection, longevity, or skin chemistry

  • change of mind

  • incorrect orders placed by the customer

Fragrance is highly subjective, and each customer is responsible for reviewing product details before making a purchase.

Decant Product Disclosure

Blind Buy Me sells decanted fragrances and sample sizes unless otherwise clearly stated. Customers are purchasing a portion of fragrance transferred from the original bottle into a smaller container. Original retail bottles, original manufacturer packaging, caps, and presentation are not included unless specifically stated in the product listing.

Bottle type, atomizer style, label format, and presentation may vary depending on available packaging inventory.

Order Issues

Any claim involving the wrong item, missing item, damaged item, leaking bottle, or shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

To submit a claim, email info@blindbuyme.com with:

  • your order number

  • a description of the issue

  • clear photos of the item received

  • clear photos of the outer packaging and shipping label

Failure to provide all requested information within the required timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

Blind Buy Me reserves the sole right to determine whether a claim is valid and to decide the appropriate resolution, if any. Approved claims may be resolved by replacement, store credit, or refund, at our sole discretion.

Shipping and Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3 business days, but processing times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during high-volume periods, holidays, carrier disruptions, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Blind Buy Me is no longer responsible for shipping delays, delivery issues, or transit time.

Blind Buy Me is not responsible for packages that are:

  • delayed in transit

  • lost by the carrier

  • marked delivered but not received

  • stolen after delivery

  • damaged due to carrier mishandling

  • sent to an incorrect address entered by the customer

Customers are solely responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refund or replacement.

Refused or Returned Packages

If a package is refused, returned to sender, or undeliverable due to an address issue provided by the customer, Blind Buy Me may attempt reshipment at the customer’s expense. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

No Warranty

Blind Buy Me makes no guarantees regarding personal satisfaction with any fragrance purchase. We do not guarantee that a fragrance will smell the same to every customer or perform the same on every person.

All products are sold as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

Blind Buy Me shall not be liable for any allergic reactions, sensitivities, misuse, incidental damages, consequential damages, or losses of any kind arising from the use of products purchased from this site.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blind Buy Me’s total liability for any claim related to any order shall not exceed the purchase price actually paid for the product in question.

Chargebacks and Disputes

By placing an order, you agree to contact Blind Buy Me first at info@blindbuyme.com to attempt resolution of any issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Fraudulent chargebacks or abuse of the dispute process may result in refusal of future service.

Policy Changes

Blind Buy Me reserves the right to update, change, or modify this Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.

By using this site and placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Return Policy.
