ORDER ELIGIBILITY

Blind Buy Me reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including orders that cannot be fulfilled due to availability, pricing errors, or shipping limitations.

Products sold on this site are fragrance decants intended for personal use. Customers are responsible for reviewing product details prior to purchase. If you have sensitivities or allergies, please review fragrance notes and ingredients where available.

SHIPPING

We make every effort to process and ship orders promptly. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, subject to product availability.

Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, Blind Buy Me is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider.

Blind Buy Me is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

  • Delays caused by the carrier

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or fees for international orders

INCORRECT / DAMAGED / MISSING ITEMS

Any issues with your order must be reported within 3 days of delivery based on tracking confirmation.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or missing item, please email [your email here] with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos (if applicable)

Each case is reviewed individually. If the issue is determined to be our error, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Items damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or normal wear are not eligible for replacement.

PRODUCT NATURE (DECANTS)

Blind Buy Me sells decanted fragrances. These are not original manufacturer bottles, and customers acknowledge they are purchasing a portion of a fragrance transferred into a smaller container.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any fragrance brands.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

All products and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Blind Buy Me is not liable for any damages arising from:

  • Use or misuse of products

  • Allergic reactions or sensitivities

  • Shipping delays or carrier issues

  • Website interruptions or errors

Your use of this site and purchase of products is at your own risk.
